Our Story
Our journey began in a small office in Istanbul, Turkey, backed by British accreditation and driven by a simple dream and a strong determination to create meaningful change in the training industry. Step by step, the academy expanded internationally, organizing training programs in Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and many other countries. We built a global network of accredited trainers, gradually evolving from a modest idea into a respected institution with an outstanding reputation. Today, after more than 13 years of continuous dedication, we are proud to have empowered thousands of professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to become leaders in their fields while carrying forward our mission of excellence.
Founder – Dr. Mahmoud Al Hassan
Dr. Mahmoud Al Hassan is the Founder and Director of Global Leaders Development Academy in Istanbul. With more than 20 years of experience in educational training and professional development, he has delivered numerous accredited workshops covering topics such as memory enhancement, Train the Trainer programs, and professional interview techniques. Dr. Al Hassan leads specialized programs for facilitators and trainers throughout the Arab world and Europe, driven by his belief that training is a mission with lasting human impact. Through his leadership and practical expertise, he has helped build an international network of accredited trainers, advancing professional excellence across hundreds of training courses, workshops, and educational events worldwide.
